Hello yall! Just did this blog for the few people trying to check out the website. To be honest my plan was to actually hold off on content till 2025 so I was slowly but steadily finishing everything up. But life happens and kinda had to rush to finish everything.
I wanted to make the most of the events that are happening right now and Weebnights had a spot for sponsorship so decided to just do a pre-launch and start getting to know the community over here in CT.
I'm trying to go to a handful of cons this year and upload some of the photos from there. But I’m also trying to get to know people into Ren Faires and Larping because I want to eventually do enough fantasy content to put a whole page for my Fantasy Photography Portfolio.
Also going to be doing a lot of self portraits for the About me page. I building a couple of cosplays for myself, they should be done around July. that way I don't have the same photo over an over.
I got some other social media pages but still got no content there so I’m working on that.
I also going to do service pages specifying pricing and what people can expect but that's later on, honestly, for now, I just want to do some specific ideas to build up a strong portfolio.
Eventually, I know I’m going to be moving into more video content.
There is also the technical stuff like SEO, open graphs, media optimization, etc but won't bore you will all that.
I am going to try my best to be in every geeky event possible, but taking photos and such, I would say Connecticon for sure, maybe Anime NYC, gonna check the rules at Ren Faires but I’m going to all of them, Rhode Island Anime Con is also really close by so I might pop in. I will be doing announcement blogs for these events, if any of yall are going let me know!
